Leadership and Business
My school of leadership began early: 13 years of ice hockey and team work, a center forward weaving the talents of a five-man line into a single pattern of play. Then international business school and 15+ years in global business: from intern to General Manager of the L'Oréal Paris brand, P&L €150M+, leading teams of 20 to 600, and managing global brands. Crises and Transformations
I know the other side too: burnout at the peak of a career, the big questions about myself, the search for new meaning. At the peak I asked myself: is this really it? The answer was a choice: stay inside a picture-perfect dream with no passion in it, or rebuild my life out of what is actually alive. I chose the second, and I know what that road costs. So you never have to justify yourself to me.
Growth of People and the Spiritual Path
Alongside my business growth, I walked a personal and spiritual path. After a deep crisis, from 2016 a passion for deep inner work took hold: coaching, psychology, daily meditation, breath and body practices, and study with world-class masters. My worldview was shaped most by Donny Epstein (my personal mentor since 2021), Tony Robbins, Ken Wilber, Joe Dispenza, Robin Sharma, and others. And my greatest teachers: my wonderful parents and Life itself, with its crises, lessons, and chances to grow.
Integration Today
A certified AlchemE® Mentor of Donny Epstein's EpiEnergetics institute and a certified coach trained to international ICF standards. Hundreds of hours of mentoring and coaching with leaders, entrepreneurs, and seekers of more. And father of two wonderful children, whom I've shown a wide world since they were small.
